Rules & Expectations

Do not bring your dog/puppy to the class. This will result in you not being able to participate in the yoga class. Dogs/puppies will be brought from an adoption/foster agency.

All participants must be 18+ years old to be able to attend and participate in the class. If you being a child/children under the age of 18 to the class, this may disqualify you from being able to participate. 

Namaste and Play Dog Yoga will not be providing yoga mats during the class. Participants are highly encouraged to bring their own yoga mats with them to the class.

Prior to the yoga class starting all participants must sign a waiver of release and liability acknowledging that all participants are fully aware of risks and hazards inherent to the participation in a Namaste and Play Dog Yoga class.
